I had my first meal in St.Lucia here, and it was amazing! Wilson is an excellent chef, and everything I tried here was so good. It is a great place to sit with a perfect breeze especially on a hot day. Prices are affordable & a good variety of dishes to choose from.

Absolutely delicious local food and great friendly service. We stopped here for a late lunch on our way to Rodney Bay from Vieux Fort. Our meals came out fairly quickly and we spent just under 200 EC on 3 meals, drinks, and 2 deserts.

Had my first and last meal in Wilson's. His food is truely a gateway to west indies cuisine for tourists like me. Will recommend it to those who wish to stay nearby!

Our family of four had a late lunch at Wilson's. We were staying in Laborie so it's just a short taxi ride from the village. It's an interesting building which has not been built for so long. Wilson decided to build the place after becoming redundant from his airline related job so it's great to see a successful business evolve from the turmoil of the covid pandemic.
We ordered some local juice to start which were nice and garlic bread and onion rings to share. We followed up with grilled fish, chicken with pineapple and coconut curry sauce, fish fingers and fries and salad with potato wedges. The mains also came with sides of lasagna, plantains and salad. We finished up with cheesecakes and ice cream. A couple of piton beers, water and ginger ales to wash it down with.
We all thought it was a great meal with nice friendly service. Wilson was on his own today but cooked and served in a reasonable time. We spent just over two hours there and had a bit of a chat as it was quiet. Wilson picked us some fresh ackee from the tree to take back. The meal including everything was less than 200ec.
Wilson caters to large parties such as weddings and funerals as well as casual diners. You can also just sit at the bar for a cool drink.
We would love to visit again in the future.
