John was such a gracious host! Outstanding! He was patient and shared a lot about the island. The private tour can be customized! We had a blast for my friend's 60th! Long day, but fun! Mud baths, waterfalls, Pitons world heritage site...loved it!

Fantastic day out with Xceptional Tours yesterday. Pick up from our villa in Vieux Fort was on time, and really glad our driver and guide, Sheldon, found us!
We visited the mud baths, followed by the Touraill waterfall. We also visited a chocolate shop and finally, the rum Distillery, with lots of stop offs in between for photo opportunities, such as Anse Le Ray beach. Sheldon provided us with drinks and stopped off at the roadside to buy fresh coconut water and the taste the jelly inside the fresh coconut- a 1st - and to grab some lunch. We could have stopped at a restaurant but chose to try local on the roadside & discovered deals.
A big thank you yo all at Xceptional Tours for organising such a delightful day for us.

I contacted Xceptional tours when in the UK, on the basis of the excellent Google & Trip Advisor reviews, to arrange a days travel from the South to watch CPL Cricket & explore in the North of the Island. John was quick to reply, very informative and a good price. He also gave suggestions & sent photos to help us decide what else we may like to see & do.
On arrival in St Lucia we decided to book an extra day out to visit the West Coast including The Pitons, Volcano & mud baths, and beautiful beaches for snorkelling.
John was amazing throughout both trips…on time, super friendly, clean comfortable car (& safe driving) with Wi-Fi hotspot and cool box…he stayed close by ready to take us wherever we wanted, stopped at places of interest, took photos & even got us fresh buckets of mud at the baths!
He was so helpful and knowledgeable, we learned so much about the people & life in St Lucia. John truly made our wonderful holiday even more special.

We booked a day tour of the island with John for 4 of us, my partner, 4 year old and 15 year old. It was great. Offered lots of stops and points of interest however not pressured to go anywhere we weren't interested in. Drinks provided. Would definitely recommend!!

The name says it all.... exceptional.
Had the pleasure of being in the company of Mr. John for a weekend celebrating my Birthday, he was very reliable, always on time, very informative of the history of all the places we visited, his patience and professionalism was beyond the price for making my little vacation one of the most memorable ones ..
I highly recommend this dude .
