Jo’s yoga sessions are always warm and encouraging. Every session feels absolutely worth it… grounding, calming, and somehow exactly what my body needs. I’ve been practicing with her since she started almost 7 years ago and I love her as a teacher. I always leave feeling lighter, more open, and genuinely renewed every single time. Highly recommend, she is exceptional!

What can I say about Jo that hasn’t already been said? She truly is everything people say she is grounded, warm, intuitive, and deeply skilled. I started yoga with Jo postpartum, in a season where my body felt unfamiliar and I was still trying to find my footing emotionally and physically. Jo created a space that felt safe; a space where I could rebuild gradually, without pressure, without comparison. Her approach is gentle but intentional. She has this quiet way of knowing exactly when to push you and exactly when to just let you breathe. Every class feels like a reset. Every session feels like coming home to myself. Jo isn’t just teaching yoga, she’s guiding healing, strength, and self-connection. Her cues are clear, her energy is comforting, and her presence makes you feel seen. I leave her classes feeling stronger, calmer, and more grounded not just in my body, but in my life. If you’re thinking about starting yoga, or if you’re going through a transitional season (postpartum or otherwise), Jo is the person you want with you on that journey. She is a gift.
