I rented a car from this company during my stay in Antigua and had a really smooth experience overall. Booking was easy, I was met at the airport on time with the car ready to go, and the handover was quick and straightforward.
The car itself was reliable and very useful for getting around the island. I’d taken advice (from TripAdvisor and others) to go for a larger SUV because of the potholes, which I’m glad I did. There was a service reminder showing on the dashboard, but it didn’t affect how the car drove and we had no issues during the rental.
Payment was simple, and communication was good. I was able to contact them easily when I had a question on return, including when I had a small issue filling up the tank. The team were friendly and gave a few helpful tips before I drove off.
One small thing that would have been useful is being told about the airport exit charge in advance, but overall I was happy with the service and would use them again.

Zhanes Taxi service was great! Picked us up in a really nice, big, clean van. Not just on time but early! Got us from Runaway Bay and to the airport safely and timely. Great at answering our questions about the island and his culture. Polite and professional. Highly recommend using Zhane!

Zhane’s provides top class service and he knows Antigua so well. I felt so comfortable and welcomed to the island. I recommend Zhane’s taxi service if you’re ever in Antigua.

First time to Antigua. Arranged a taxi with Zhane for a return trip. Arrived promptly in a pristine Toyota. Very helpful and reliable service. Thoroughly recommended
