From the moment we arrived, the experience felt deliberately unwelcoming. No one greeted us with a smile, no one acknowledged us properly, and every interaction felt like an inconvenience for the staff. When we asked questions, we were made to wait until they finished whatever they were doing, only to receive short, indifferent answers without even looking at us. The clear impression was that we were something they wanted gone as quickly as possible.
At the bar, several of the items we were told would be available simply weren’t—no mint, no “fun” offerings that were implied by the concept of the place. In the restaurant, the attitude was even worse. There was a stark contrast between how hotel guests were treated and how external visitors were handled, as if we didn’t belong there. Hotel guests were offered options and warmth; we were told, quite bluntly, that only the brunch menu was available because they were “preparing for dinner” (at 1:30 pm).
We were offered water when seated, which later appeared on the bill as an $8 charge. The food did not redeem the experience: a $40 wagyu burger that tasted like dry ground meat with an odd, soapy curry note. The fries, to be fair, were excellent. Cocktails felt rushed and careless, as if there was no intention behind them. The dessert was presented beautifully, but the reality didn’t match the description—mediocre at best, and it arrived without cutlery. After waiting 15 minutes, we had to take utensils from another table ourselves.
A 15% service charge was automatically added, which felt almost ironic given the level of service we received.
I don’t usually attribute a bad mood to service when I visit a place—I try to be fair and friendly with staff. In this case, we genuinely made an effort, and what we received in return was consistent indifference and poor treatment from start to finish.

Wonderful dining on the west end. We stayed nearby and tried all the area restaurants. This was one of our favorites. The risotto (add shrimp) was excellent! We also loved the homemade hummus and the prosciutto & melon. Beautiful scenery as well.

Amazing restaurant in Tortola! Food was delicious and the selection of wine was very good! The restaurant has an amazing view on the ocean. Highly suggested (super nice for couples or special events)! Very nice also for sunset spot

Since this was the only closest restaurant to our place we went there twice but the food tasted average for the whooping price that we paid. The ambience and locations were good. The banana pancake was misleading. Had only 4 slice of banana and no coconut cream as stated in the menu but dessicated coconut. Even the pancakes were dry. The Mediterranean lunch bowl was below average in taste. Veggie burger and breakfast roti was below average. Desserts were okay. But I would never go to this place again if I ever visited the island again. There are better restaurants a little drive away.

Server Denise took good care of us after the crabby hostess tried to give us a lousy table - Denise moved us to a different table, nicer. We really enjoyed the Ramen, green curry and pork salad. The restaurant sits on the beach and the ambiance is lovely. Overall, a very enjoyable experience after we changed tables.
