This was an amazing dinner although we didn’t want to be eating at a hotel restaurant. The food portions were generous which made the prices reasonable. The service was attentive and the atmosphere on the sand by the hotel pool was very enjoyable.

During our one-year stay in Anguilla, my partner and I visited 20 Knots at Zemi Beach House several times along with friends. While we never stayed at the resort itself, it’s clear that the property is absolutely spectacular, located right on the ocean, just steps away from the water, with beautiful seating both on the beach and slightly elevated off the sand. The overall layout and ambiance are peaceful, relaxing, and visually stunning. When you enter the hotel, there are shuttles that take you down to the restaurant, and the staff operating them are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The food at 20 Knots was good, though I wouldn’t call it exceptional, solid, enjoyable meals, but not truly standout. Unfortunately, the service during our visits was inconsistent. On one occasion, we asked a server to take a picture of us, and she rolled her eyes and said, “sure, when I have a minute.” Thankfully, her coworker quickly stepped in and helped. That same server often seemed annoyed with her role and wasn’t particularly attentive, which was disappointing considering how beautiful and serene the setting is. Overall, 20 Knots at Zemi Beach House is a breathtaking restaurant with amazing oceanfront views and a relaxing atmosphere. The food is enjoyable, and the location is incredible, but I hope service improves to match the otherwise wonderful experience.

A shameful and humiliating experience !
We had booked a table through OpenTable, only to discover on arrival that the restaurant hadn't synced its system and had no record of our reservation. As it turned out, there was a private event taking place, and we were simply turned away because of, despite having a confirmed booking.
A system failure can happen, but what followed was genuinely insulting.
The person at the hotel reception treated us with open contempt. When we calmly tried to find a solution together, she didn't even bother to answer us: she took a phone call and ignored us entirely, as if we weren't standing right there. No apology, no effort, not the slightest sign that she cared. She looked down on us and made us feel like we didn't matter at all. We were turned away without a single gesture of goodwill.
To make it worse, we had driven 30 minutes with two young children specifically to eat here. To be humiliated this way, after a confirmed booking and a real effort to come, was both shameful and deeply hurtful.
I cannot recommend this place. A reservation mix-up is forgivable; treating your guests with this kind of contempt is not.

Plenty of parking with a golf cart to take you down to the restaurant. The service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the lobster spaghetti. We sat at a candlelit table in the sand. There was live music in the lobby. We were then able to walk the beach and look at the stars before taking a golf cart art back up to our car. 10/10 recommend a visit here.

The beautiful sunset was the only thing better than the food. My husband loved the lobster mac-n-cheese and we both loved our pizza. The pizza was huge and we finished it for breakfast.
