Unbelievable. I called before going into the store to see if they had a leg elevation pillow available. I explained what it looked like... they said yes it's in stock and gave me the price. Drove down to Lanterns mall to the store only to be told 1. The price quoted over the phone was incorrect and 2. They do not have the item available as the item shown to me was not a leg elevation pillow. Waste of time. Could have easily been avoided with adequate product knowledge.
