We had an incredible in-home cooking class with Melanie, where she introduced us to the vibrant flavours of Bajan cuisine. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience so much fun! Highly recommend Melanie for anyone looking to explore Caribbean cooking in a hands-on and enjoyable way!

This was a great experience. I highly recommend taking one of the cooking classes with Melanie at Accent Kitchen while visiting! She is easy to contact via email. Melanie was very professional, patient, courteous, responsive, and offered helpful guidance and feedback during the class. The class size was small enough to allow personalization, the atmosphere was relaxed, and health/hygiene/safety throughout the steps and class were reinforced, which was a positive while in the kitchen. The instructions for preparation of the food and cooking were easy to follow with tasty results :-) . I enjoyed getting to try a Bajan cooking recipe and class. Thank you, Melanie!

Took one of the cooking classes on offer. I must say it was such a good experience. Melanie is so patient and explains each step so well. She gives tips and tricks so that even if you're an experienced cook, you learn something new. It's a must try for all ages. I definitely will be back for more classes.

We had a fabulous time with Melanie learning to cook salt fish and bakes. I would highly recommend her courses and we will definitely be back on a future trip to try some new recipes.

I had my first class with accent kitchen and I can say with utmost certainty it will not be my last. It was so much fun, so romantic for couples, very informative and the food at the end was delicious. We even got an extra treat at the end.
