Noel at Ace Battery Express came through with excellent service, to get my Range Rover Evoque back on the road in quick time!
I called on Saturday morning, after a referral from Automotive Arts, since they advised that Ace Battery Express carry some batteries and make site visits.
Spoke to Noel, who said he had a battery in stock and would contact me to arrange a visit later in the afternoon, once he’d finished with some earlier scheduled clients. Sure enough, he called and came to my home and after testing to confirm my factory fit battery was extinct, he patiently went through the arduous task of removing it, which seemed to be locked down under umpteen layers of brackets, bars, screws and casings, which had to be placed back like a puzzle when refitting the new replacement. Noel did all this efficiently and patiently, whilst explaining the process, as well as the diagnostics results and even recommended a guy to help with the remaining minor electrical fault reading.
Overall, I was, and am, super impressed by Noel’s professionalism, knowledge and service. I’m pleased he was recommended to me and would happily recommend him to anyone else needing this service, or any of the other car maintenance services his businesses provide.

Professional, courteous, and good communication. Very reasonable price. They use only high quality car batteries supplied by Automative Art. Thank you for the speedy turnaround.

👏 Round of Applause for ACE Batteries! Not as expensive as others supplying a Range Rover Sport. Friendly, informative and checked the battery management system and other diagnostics before finishing the job. From the time I placed the call to the time he left... 45mins. I can't ask for much better than that. ACE is correct! His number is now in my phone!
Seriously well done! That's how you should do business in Barbados. It's called great customer service! Lots of other business I've expereinced should take note!

Customer service is lacking and the owner has no professional accountability. The incorrect battery type for my idle stop start(ISS) vehicle was installed twice without my consent. Once informed of situation by third party service professionals I had to handle the situation myself then also get a diagnostic done at the end. The time and effort I had to put in I can't get back. Please becareful who you trust to service your vehicle in any way.
