Had the breakfast buffet. They change up the hot dishes a bit daily. Made to order omelettes available. Have ready made smoothies here but they don't taste as good as the ones over at Heart and Sol.

Had breakfast here one morning at Sandals Royal Barbados. The buffet food was typical of a good Sandals breakfast buffet, and the staff were helpful as always.
However, the atmosphere was the only issue. Unlike every other restaurant at SB or SRB, the name of this one seemed to attract the most impatient (and likely American) guests. Every wall has a TV screen displaying a breaking news channel, so this one meal took away from what was otherwise a very relaxing, de-stressing vacation.
We had planned to eat dinner on one night here, but promptly cancelled that idea during breakfast. No fault of the staff and I'm sure the food would have been fine. Only a flaw in restaurant design.
Spices next door at Sandals Barbados has a much more peaceful breakfast buffet with a lovely view that won't harsh your buzz. Just a 5 minute walk.

Based on the name, I wasn't expecting much. But the food turned out to be really good. They do a themed buffet lunch every day which had some really surprising and good offerings. The decor is quintessentially American, and the music they piped in was really good. Service wasn't great at noon, better in the evenings.

Good restaurant for lunch!
They have a great menu selection that claims you will be back on your way in 30 minutes or less. I think that is a bit generous as we were here about an hour for lunch.
They have more than just American staples on the menu as well

Very disinterested server. Had spare ribs, there was 3 ribs, undercooked fries and a tiny amount of coleslaw. Would not bother dining here.
