After booking an apartment via Booking.com and texting the host to agree on a pick-up time from the airport (advertised as free) and method of payment (they require cash only), they came up with a lame excuse and told me they were temporarily closed due to covid... but wanted ME to cancel the reservation!
When I said they should do that they got very aggressive and rude. Unbelievable!
Probably prefered the flat to have more guests than just one (they charge differently according to occupancy). Of course that is not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend the place.
