Look for a small Archers Bay sign high up on a telephone pole on the left side of the road. Turn off to the right at this point on the gravel road. Drive down to the overlook the road looks worse than it is, we made it in a compact car. Find the concrete path to the east of the overlook that leads to a staircase to the beach.

We were the only two people there. Great picnic area up on the headland. Steps down to the bay. It was too rough for swimming when we were there, and it is not really a swimming / lounging beach. Well worth a look though.

Beautiful, secluded area but I would not recommend anyone try swimming in that water, very dangerous.
