We had a great experience at Aurora waterpark. The property is beautiful, family-friendly, and the staff throughout were wonderful. A special thank you to Nathaniel, head of security, for being so kind and professional during a small situation at the lazy river. The staff had asked my husband to use a floatie - they were simply doing their job, and the crew there was great, although the rules are a bit strict. Nathaniel handled everything with such professionalism and respect that it really stood out to us. Overall, an amazing experience and we look forward to coming back!

Every time we are in Anguilla we have made this a stop , my 10 year old son loves the slides there and the lazy river . They provide great comfortable beach chairs so adults can relax and have some drinks and lunch

I took my daughter to this park for her birthday. I can only say she’s coming back, the waterpark was nothing less than fun. Staff were welcoming, I don’t know the young lady’s name but she was quite helpful as we entered the park zone, sat us to a chair and brought us towels and the menu. (Short, slim, round face young girl - I just wanted to describe her, due to not knowing her name)

An absolute disgrace. 1) the cabanas by the kids splash pad were completely vacant and they still want to charge $450 for them LOL!!! No wonder they were 100% empty. Truly an insult to your guests with kids. Nowhere to sit, even for my wife who was 7 months pregnant. Shameful and disgusting 2) too many rules. “That’s not allowed” must have been said to me 10 times. Can’t walk in the lazy river, dads can’t go down the small water slide next to their kid on the splash pad. We have been to other nice properties (ritz, 4 seasons) and I have never heard of such overbearing rules. I thought Anguilla was supposed To be chill. Not here! 3) the kids are/teen area is pathetic. Extremely hot and humid in there and the toys are depressing. The billiards tanle is broken. The paint is peeling off the walls. I’d never leave my kids there as they’d be bored in an hour. The juke box doesn’t work , the popcorn machine was empty and sitting in the middle of The room. Totally disorganized

We spent a day here as outside guests with a 3 and 5 year olds, and enjoyed it! Is it a small park relative to what you might find elsewhere, yes. But the experience is great. Uncrowded, very friendly staff, great service, much better food and drinks at much more decent prices than you would expect (fish burger is awesome!). My 5 year old must have done the slides 50 times, loved it. They aren't that big, but aren't boring, even for adults. 3 year old was too small but still had a good time between pool splash pad and lazy river. Good option if you want a quick break from all the awesome beaches.
