For regular car services, Automotive Art is fantastic but think twice if you go to them for a car valuation. I went to them for a valuation on an EV which was purchased from them. A younger, inexperienced staff member did not understand the difference between motor output (kW) and battery size (kWh). He took the standard range battery size of 51.1kWh and put 51kW as the motor size. The real motor size is 115kW (156hp).
His error resulted in a valuation that was $18,500 less than it should have been. I called to correct him on his mistake but he was "wrong and strong". Ultimately I went back and spoke to his manager and referenced the correct stats in the car's paperwork and advised them to train their staff better. The manager issued a corrected valuation.
Bottom line, particularly if you have an EV (even if you purchased it from them), do not go to Automotive Art for a valuation.

We had four tyres replaced, wiper blades and steering wheel cover, service was wonderful, all staff are polite and informative , we sat on comfy cushioned chairs in an airconditioned place, no driving car onto ramps and when ready appeared nearby. Thankyou

Great for tools and maintenance accessories but does not carry a wide range of car parts.

I got everything I needed and the Salesman Corey was very helpful and explanatory! The service was also speedy. When they didn't have an item I wanted in that particular branch, I was swiftly directed to a nearby branch who held the item for me and had it ready for me upon my arrival. 10/10.
