Me and my wife went for an appointment with Dr. Anshika Rolle. We called the reception to get an appointment time. We told the reception specifically that since its a working day, please give us a time that we can come and have an appointment. She gave an appointment for 2:30 pm. Upon reaching, we kept on waiting and asking staff over and again when will our appointment come. They asked us to wait or reschedule it later. We waited up till 3:15 pm when the manager came outside and said you can either go back or reschedule the appointment. Upon telling her that we already waited for so long and can't take time due to work commitments, she said to wait 15-20 mins more. We waited up till 4 pm when we asked back our authorization forms and went back home. Moral of the story : The staff and management is not professional to understand people put back their work commitments during busy day to fix time slots for appointment. Asking customer to go back home or reschedule appointment's is so rude and disrespectful. Organizations thrive on customer service and such bad attitude reflects poor management. Although we could see many other customers facing similar issue, I advise the Doctor to run their shop in a professional and timed manner so that the patient's in need are given priority as per their bookings.
