The staff’s attitude is extremely disappointing — there’s little to no customer service, and communication is consistently poor. They overcharge without explanation, and when mistakes happen, there’s no accountability. I’d recommend choosing a different company to avoid the frustration.

Years ago you could order, ship and have your purchase in hand within 7 business days or less. For last 2 years it now takes 7 business days for your package to even leave the Miami warehouse as you watch it miss 1 flight to BGI, sometimes 2 eligible flts. On the positive side they are responsive, particularly on WhatsApp, not always with a positive answer but atleast they are responsive. Once your package does arrive in Bdos up to mid 2025 they used to clear customs and ready for collection within 5-7 working days. The trend seems now to be significantly longer. From the time your packages arrive in MIA expect on average 3 weeks to pass before you get them in hand. Plan ahead with your orders and be patient.

I’ve never felt compelled to make a bad review but this is one of the worst customer services I’ve experienced. Not only do they take over a month to ship clothes but no one picks up the phone most of the time, they hardly respond via WhatsApp and the customer service agent was beyond rude when trying to arrange a delivery. Never shipping with them again.
