We had the jerk chicken, red snapper and curry goat. The food was lovely (though the chicken was very bone heavy) - this place is extremely scaled back in terms of staff so it took about an hour for our food to arrive. The opening hours on here aren’t accurate so bear that in mind and maybe have a back up plan. We walked up here to have dinner on Monday evening and they were closed, despite having spoken to the guy the night before who told us they’d be open. They tend to close around 4pm and then open again around 6. All in all, the food is great and the view is beautiful.

Nice friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks wirh prices displayed on bar. Cash only, nice setting area outside with amazing views. Toilets and showers available around 30 feet away. I got two sun loungers and umbrealla on beach out the front for $30 BBD. Good offered but we didn't eat any.

We had the BEST MARLIN we have EVER HAD!!! The service is AMAZING, the food is AWESOME, and the atmosphere is EVERYTHING!! It’s right on the water, there is plenty of parking, sitting, eating, and lounging space. Don’t sleep on this spot. It’s right outside of the Hilton, and in a 3-minute walking distance from Radisson.

Prices listed in USD but it's not clear at all that prices are not Barbados dollars, we're in Barbados, why are prices not in Barbados. Shady and would not recommend

I had seen Cuz’s online reviews and always eager to try new dishes and stopped by. Didn’t see any signs indicating hours of operation, so I poked my head through the door. A man was working inside. I politely asked and he nonchalantly replied “in thirty minutes…maybe…(he repeated and emphasized) maybe”. I got the feeling that the man was no longer “hungry” for business. With limited time I continued back towards the Hilton, figured I’d just get lunch there and I passed the Bambu Beach Bar. I was greeted by a friendly, polite man named Brian who invited me to look at their menu. He explained the options and took my order. I picked a table and enjoyed the beautiful beach view. After a short while he brought the most delicious, perfectly seasoned, grilled Mahi-Mahi on a bed of steaming rice & beans w/salad. The Bambu Beach Bar gets an A1+++ from me and I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks, Steinar
