I had attended two events The Baobab Kitchen catered to before hiring them myself. They showed up in a timely manner, were very respectful of my space, and set-up the food and table with care. They catered an African themed event for International Women's Day that included traditional food from Barbados infused with some African inspired flavors which carried Chef Damien’s personal touches. We were pleasantly surprised by African entertainment that included some soft drumming and poetry from the Chef himself. What a beautiful experience; I highly recommend their services.

We spent a wonderful vacation on Barbados and booked Chef Reid for a private chef experience toward the end of our stay. While we dined at various renowned restaurants in Barbados during our vacation, our whole family agreed that the dinner Chef Reid prepared was the most authentic, refined, and delicious we had overall. Apart from providing us with this exceptional experience, Chef Reid also taught us a lot about Bajan cuisine, shared great knowledge about Barbados and its history, and in general was a pleasure to talk with.
We can certainly recommend Baobab kitchen to anyone who is looking for a memorable dining experience and will book his services again whenever we'll return to Barbados for our next visit.

After a long day of travel stress and mishaps, Baobob Kitchen was exactly what we needed to end the day with smiles and full bellies. Kids meals were served first, followed by a delectable three course meal for adults. From contract/menu design to cleanup, Chef Damian was easy to work with, a responsive communicator, and brought a calm energy to the dining atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the Caribbean version of a Thanksgiving meal together with Chef Damian Reid. We would 100% recommend to friends visiting Barbados who want to enjoy a special culinary experience.

I had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Damian’s delicious creations at a privately catered event. The food was amazing and Chef Damian was attentive and accommodating. I’ll be recommending him to everyone!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Damani. He was incredibly welcoming and made sure everyone in our party felt well taken care of. The food was outstanding, easily some of the best we had on the island. I 100% recommend booking the experience!
