Unfortunately!! 0 is not an option!! I had no issues with the security guard, the lady checking to ensure you had ALL of the necessary documentation and ensuring to copy them REMARKABLE. The second custom officer I dealt with...RUBBISH!!!. There is NOTHING in any of the documentation required. on the website, on the application form stating that a BARBADIAN DRIVERS LICENSE is not an accepted form of ID at this institution. When advising the customs officer of this discrepancy she's going to reason, they are other places that don't accept it. However!!! If it was stated somewhere I would be aware and walk with another form of ID however, I had to make more than 1 trip there and was still faced with inefficiencies as I told her I want to have the passport mailed and when I got to the cashier I had to go back to her yet again!!!! For another form to be completed for this to be done!! Why does it seems like everything in Barbados has be a painstaking experience?????

Like any government agency, you'll find a mix of exceptional staff and those who fall short. Generally, the service is good, and the level of professionalism is satisfactory. I was pleased to discover affordable parking on the upper floors of the building. However, it's important to be cautious when driving a van, as some corners are a tight squeeze. Be sure to read the signs carefully. That concludes my review..

Friendly courtesies service. They even called me in the UK to inform me the process was complete.

I could not believe how out of date and archaic the mindset of the Immigration Service. The dishonesty and unwillingness of the collection staff to admit their mistakes was truly mind-boggling. More "Jobsworths" than helpful. And I will never accuse them of using or having common-sense. Simplification and less bureaucracy is badly needed in that Government Department. Very, very, very disappointed! Truly fourth world service.

If I could give zero stars I would. The security guard lady seems to have a major attitude problem! In there is so confusing ,most people are unhelpful . They have you waiting for HOURS even with an appointment. The guard said I could not come back in multiple times because i was warm temperature but thats because I was so vex i got heated up because they were doing a bunch of folly in the first place ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & SLOW , THIS KIND OF SERVICE WOULD NOT BE TOLERATED IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY .
