Barbados Turtles, Fish and Shipwreck Tour

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We are here in Barbados and attempted to book the tour two times. The first time I booked for a tour today, when I got up this morning I had an email indicating my booking had been denied with no explanation. I called Viator and an agent worked with me to rebook for tomorrow 3/19/25, the booking was complete, paid for and I had the e-ticket on my phone. This afternoon they canceled my reservation with no indication as to why. I again contacted Viator who also could not find a reason for the cancelation. I purposely used Paypal to have a good paper trail, but no info was provided to them as to why both transactions were canceled. This was rated as the best tour on the island, if this is how they conduct business my recommendation is go anywhere else first!

Barbados Turtle and Shipwreck Snorkel Adventure – An Unforgettable Experience! My 3-year-old daughter and I had the most amazing time on the Barbados Turtle and Shipwreck Snorkel Adventure! As first-time snorkelers, we were a little nervous, especially since neither of us are strong swimmers. But from the moment we arrived, the staff – especially Hazel Eyes – made us feel completely safe and comfortable. Hazel Eyes was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel at ease. Hazel Eyes even helped my little one feel confident in the water, which made all the difference for us. The adventure itself was beyond magical! We had the incredible opportunity to swim alongside beautiful sea turtles, explore a fascinating shipwreck, and enjoy vibrant marine life in the crystal-clear waters. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. They were also great at pointing out all the highlights, including a large fish that looks like a shark. Don't be alarmed – it’s harmless, but it definitely made us do a double-take! This experience sparked a true passion for snorkeling in both of us, and now we’re eager to explore the underwater world everywhere we go. We hope every snorkeling adventure we have from here on out is as wonderful and well-organized as this one. If you're considering this trip, especially with young children or first-time snorkelers, I can't recommend it enough. It's the perfect introduction to the ocean’s beauty, and the staff really go above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable. A huge thank you to the team for creating such an unforgettable experience – we’ll cherish these memories forever!
