Absolutely terrible service. We’re in Grenada heading to Barbados tomorrow. We just received an email stating we didn’t pay enough and they want over $100 US more for our rental due to availability. The price you pay online should be the final price. We’ve rented numerous times from Stoutes/Drive-A-Matic and never had this problem. Now we are stuck the night before our flight with lots of suitcases and it’s too late to get another rental (prices are 3x more). Never would I recommend a company that treats you like this. To top it off, it’s a fight to get our $25 deposit back. Like really?!
