Not as big or popular as the Oistins Fish Fry on the south coast, but this Bridgetown hot spot is quite bustling on the weekends with mostly locals...for its usual vibes of rum drinks, beers and fried foods as a good liming pastime which is still prevalent to this day. Baxters Road is considered the rural area of the city in comparison to the chic shopping area of Broad Street a few feet away. With a few vendors to choose from, the area is generally clean with a good layout of stone and chattel structures along this busy street of vehicular traffic.
