Excellent communication booking instant response before arriving in Barbados car delivered on time all paperwork processed before pick up car excellent condition very clean no problems at all communicated before pick up to return I can very highly recommend

What truly sets them apart is their roadside pick-up and drop-off service. I was picked up directly from my location, which saved me so much time and hassle. Returning the car was just as easy—they came right to where I was and took care of everything on the spot.

I had a six-week rental from BCR while my car was at the garage for repairs. The rental was conveniently dropped to my house and for the pick-up I was met at the garage.
Even though the repairs took longer than initially expected, Ramon made sure to stay in contact with both the garage and me so that I would not be inconvenienced in any way.
The guys who handled the drop-off and pick-up were also professional and friendly.
Excellent service and professionalism from the BCR team. Well done!
