We traveled in early July with two kids - 8 and 2 - and absolutely loved our stay! We were in a 2 bedroom classic suite that got an immediate “wow” from all of us upon walking in. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay with 2 kids with an incredible view. The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring different parts of the country. Parking was so easy. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved The Hut for an early coffee or afternoon smoothie. Everyone and everything was so kind and welcoming!
We travel a lot with kids and rarely visit the same place more than once but Beach View may be an exception - we can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at Beach View Hotel was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner, David, who personally helped guide us through the check-in process. Check-in was quick and seamless, taking less than 5 minutes.
After checking in, we were escorted to our villa and given a brief tour of the property, which made us feel right at home. The resort offers a restaurant, a convenient mini market, a bar, and two beautiful swimming pools.
We stayed in a one-bedroom villa, and it was incredibly spacious. The villa featured a full kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was already stocked with water and bagels, and we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of rum punch—a very thoughtful touch. The villa also included a large living room and a private balcony with direct access to the pool area.
Overall, this property was a 10/10 experience. The service was exceptional, and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk and the Hut were always welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. David went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference.
We can’t wait to return to Barbados and will absolutely be staying at Beach View Hotel again!

I wish I could lift this hotel and transfer it further up the coast. We stayed in the newer apartments and they are superb. Finishes very well, lots of room, very. Very. Nice. We had a 3 bed (which is a 1 bed apt and a 2 bed apt) to accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. We had a spare bed, a spare loo and a giant kitchen. Pool areas all very pleasant and well maintained common areas.
I thought it was odd that reception only operated 8-8 daily, as a lot of UK flights land late afternoon, we had to check in via the security chap who was very good - but nobody told me that, I had to wander around to find someone. Perhaps some advance warning would ease this situation.
Location is unfortunately its downside in my opinion. The road noise is very loud. There is a 15 minute walk to a proper beach. There is a nice very very small stretch of beach opposite the hotel for beach coming and relaxing, but the road noise is very apparent.
I would have liked to pay for a late checkout, but this wasn’t an option. I could see the hotel was not full from various booking sites.
I only had one breakfast in the restaurant and the service and quality was spot on. Perhaps a little pricey.
Overall a happy stay. Would recommend a car.

My stay at the Beach View Hotel in Barbados was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—truly a home away from home. Waking up to stunning sea views and watching the sunsets from the property felt like pure magic.
The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their friendliness and genuine care made the experience even more memorable.
If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Barbados, this hotel is an absolute gem. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

We stayed here for 5 days as part of a 3 island hopping holiday organised by Eshores. We arrived early before checkin, however the reception staff made us very welcome, gave us pool towels and we could use all the facilities until our room was ready. We ate at the restaurant that day. Our apartment #312 was excellent, could sleep 6 people. It was furnished very well, all cooking facilities & a welcome pack in the fridge too to allow us to make a cuppa. The view was fantastic overlooking the local beach & sea & the main pool. It also overlooked the busy coast road which could be noisy at times. We used the local buses (can get crowded! ) to shop at Massy supermarket in Holetown. We walked to the beach at Paynes Bay which was great for snorkelling & swimming using the complimentary beach chairs provided by the hotel. We had lunch one day at Zaccios, Holetown which is right by the beach there. Mostly self catered watching the amazing sunsets with a rum punch.
Our final day was spent touring Barbados with Jamar of Stouteland tours which was great seeing parts of the island in the interior & east coast & also Bridgetown. He was very interesting & informed & took us to a local Bajan restaurant for lunch.
