This was my first time here, I have relaxed hair so I booked the hair care package, I got my roots relaxed, hair style along with other services soon after the appointment I noticed the style started to fade that same night and my roots were puffing, which would mean my roots weren’t relaxed properly and this style wasn’t the best for my hair, I’ve always gotten my hair done in multiple places and this is the first time it’s happened to me. I think one hair style shouldn’t be for every client, rather something individual which compliments unique faces, all in all my hair service was disappointing but customer service was ok. The child running around repeatedly opening and closing the door was annoying tho 😕
