I recently purchased the 1 month summer special all access package from Beauty Shape (Cayman) and have been coming 5-6 days a week for at least 2 sessions per day. My sessions usually involve the roll shape for relaxation and improved circulation considering that in my day job I sit pretty much for hours at a time. I couple that with at least 1 fitness machine each day - my favourite is the bodyshape treadmill though some days when I want to push harder I will book the bodyslimmer treadmill as the vacuum seems more intense on this one. I couple those sessions with the nuga belt which provides stimulation to the stomach muscles. Consider that a 30 minute session is the equivalent of 1000 sit ups.... yup.you read that number correctly. Ive seen real improvements in my target areas within the 3 weeks of consistently using the facilities which might I say are world class. From the clean, cheerful ambience to the geniunely helpful and knowledgeable staff, I'm happy I decided to use the Beauty Shape package to kickstart my wellness journey for the remaing portion of 2026! I would highly recommend Beauty Shape to anyone looking for a new challenge, needing an extra push to suppliment your existing fitness/wellness program - particularly where you seem to have reached a plateau or anyone just needing low impact but highly effective results.

Beauty Shape is the real deal. The equipment is unlike anything I've seen locally — think LPG Endermologie, infrared machines, lymphatic massage — and it actually works. The staff are genuinely warm and helpful without being pushy, and the space is clean and relaxing offering nice coffee and water. Flexible scheduling is a nice bonus too.
