Some.yeara ago, when I was residing in this country, it used to be called Save-A-Lot supermarket.
The good thing about this place was that it opened on Sundays. So, it was easy to close from church and dash there to make a purchase.

One positive thing is that they open on a Sunday. But in general the staff are the rudest set of people you will ever meet & full of attitude. And I mean full of attitude. Dominica really needs to work on customer service. It is truly appalling. Is nobody running customer service classes?

Improving service but I still find some of the check out staff not paying enough attention to there customers. Hello, good morning, X amount to pay & thankyou and bye cost nothing. Retaining customers should be staffs main priority. Customer retention means keeping your jobs. Bad service usually means someone will go elsewhere where they feel they are been appreciated. But won't lie, it is getting better so 3 stars it is.

Basic household items can be found here. Things sold here are fruits and vegetables for example apples,grapes, bananas, potatoes, cabbage,lettuce e.t.c. Good place for grocery shopping with kids.
Pets food and other items are sold too. More items sold here are Milk, cheese,cream, cookies, biscuits, toiletries, cleaning agents, cereals,soft drinks and beverages,meat and fish products.
There's a top floor for items like bathroom and toilet facilities, Body cleansing and skincare products,Arts and crafts materials and baby products.

If I could give it a 0 star rating I would ! Bad customer service they have the worst staff and management aren't doing nothing about it.
