Clean space, nasty attitude from the staff.
The staff has no regard for your time or privacy, they never have a knowledgeable answer to your questions and they try to cover for the unprofessionalism from their colleagues.
The person at the front desk acts like she doesn’t want to be there. The rude, incompetent nurse with the foreign accent is never able to accurately answer your questions and responds to you in a manner as though you’re begging her for a service. They have all your information in the system and still the nurse acts clueless when you go to follow up on your results.
They need to improve their customer service approach and speak to PAYING patients in a respectful and professional manner.
I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Service was with a smile. From the guard,receptionist, nurse and then the doctor. I didn't have an appointment. It was a Saturday visit to have my yearly check up and the wait was not to long even if i had to i was prepared to wait. The building is very modern with beautiful lay out and decor is very colourful. I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

There is not much of a point making an appointment for this clinic because you sign in on the same clipboard as those who walk in and you have to wait if others are ahead of you. Call ahead and ask about wait time if you have other plans for your day.
I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Jordan who is patient and very knowledgeable, she gave great detail to my conditions and treatment.
Lab results require in person follow up and counseling (they will not email or give you results over phone). I was disappointed with the follow up counseling, I didn’t feel the nurses were fully knowledgeable to my questions and sometimes they told me point blank they didn’t know the answers. In that case I should be speaking to someone who does. Next time, I would INSIST on Dr. Jordan if she’s available.
Bedside manner in general could be improved. Don’t expect a warm greeting from anyone lol, though I found the nurses to be the most friendly.
I found the cost of care to be reasonable but be aware that it is CASH ONLY for labs, so may want to bring $100+ BDS or call ahead and ask for the cost of tests you’re interested in
Overall this clinic is a very helpful resource to access, you just have to go in with the right expectations for your experience

This establishment is very unprofessional and have no regard for people’s time, I had an appointment for 9:00, got there at 8:50 and had to wait until 9:50 just to see the nurse, then they told me to go back to the waiting room until the ONLY DOCTOR IN THAT DAY was free to see me even though I booked a nurse to do the Pap Smear, come to find out I couldn’t get it done that day because since it my first time I need to see a doctor after waiting 2 HOURS. The staff is very rude and tries to cover for the lack of professionalism from the doctors and nurses. My whole thing is I had an appointment I did not walk-in, why should I have to wait that long. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

BFPA has modern facilities with experienced staff. The new location has ample parking. It is a family friendly clinic in the city. Chargers are reasonable and low.
