It's a good size store for the population. It's very hot in there, no ac, fans was off. Can get household items there. Some staff are not knowable of certain things when asked eg prices. For price check, you have to take the item yourself to get it checked by the cashier.

Big Store, a home/business goods supermarket, offers a wide range of products but comes with a bit of a higher tag. While the store provides a variety of items, the overall shopping experience may be hindered by those prices.
The service is average. Despite these drawbacks, Big Store caters to both home and business needs, offering a convenient one-stop shopping experience.

Bought a fan in December. It stopped working in January. The store's policy is not to do refunds or exchanges if over a certain number of days (this one was over that number of days). My policy is not to pay about US$1 per day for a fan. If I could give a fewer number of stars for this event, I would. Other than that I agree with the other posters but, having spent hundreds or thousands of dollars in the store in the last year, it will be a while before they see any more of my money.

Best place to go for water refills. Also, for pretty much anything else you'd need around your house. Most things are a good price, but random things are expensive. Just pay attention to what you grab!

Great service. Unique products. Bought a water dispenser there. The first one had issues and they replaced it no problem 👍
