Store itself is ok most prices and good
Employees can be better at customer service i stood waiting to be acknowledged to find out the availability and price of a particular item and the just talk to each other and type on the computer and walk away and back without even asking what I need until I just left with the other items I and cashed out.

Sales clerk was very pleasant to me. However, there wasn't anyone on the floor in the area where I was to assist so I had to struggle to find what I was looking for. The store looked well stocked and they had a good variety of products.

Had great customer service in Blades &Williams today. We wanted a particular bifold door. The gentleman who served us was friendly and professional. He double checked that the store had the sizes we wanted. He came to find us in the store once he had an answer. He was patient whilst we validated some information with our joiner. It makes a wonderful experience to get such fantastic service. Not all stores or salespersons do this!
