Dishonest, Threatening, and a Complete Scam — Stay Far Away I booked a Jeep rental through Blue Bubbles/The Jeep Plug for my girlfriend's birthday trip to St. Martin. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When they delivered the Jeep, the lights didn't work, the windows wouldn't go down, and the check engine light was on. I immediately asked to be switched to another vehicle — a completely reasonable request. Instead of fixing the situation, they canceled my reservation on the spot and told me "good luck." It got worse from there. A staff member then THREATENED me — in front of other customers. Not only is that completely unprofessional, it is unacceptable behavior toward any paying customer, period. When I expressed my frustration, they offered to drop me at the airport and wash their hands of me. They then changed their story and said they'd call me a taxi instead. Here's the part that exposed them completely: while I was standing there sorting out a replacement on my own, another group arrived and was put in a Jeep with the same issues — broken lights and manual windows. When THAT group complained, they were switched to a different vehicle immediately with no problem. Same complaint. Two completely different responses. Make it make sense. This company gives broken vehicles, lies about availability, threatens customers, and treats people differently based on who they are. They do not respect their customers, they do not conduct proper business, and they have zero accountability. Do yourself a favor — book with Starlite, Exclusive Car Rental, or Europcar instead. Don't let them ruin your vacation the way they nearly ruined ours.

Blue Bubble ATV ride was an amazing experience! Riding from the Dutch side to the French side of Saint Maarten was the perfect mix of adventure and sightseeing. The guides were friendly, professional, and made everyone feel safe while still having fun. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the ride itself was exciting and memorable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the island in a fun and unique way!

Aunty P at Blue Bubble Sports ATV Tour was AMAZING! Our ATV tour with Blue Bubble Sports ATV Tour was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip. Aunty P was fun, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel safe, organized, and unforgettable. She took us through incredible scenery, shared local insight along the way, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The ATVs were in great condition, the pace was perfect, and the views were unreal. If you’re visiting St. Martin and looking for an adventure, ask for Aunty P — you won’t regret it. We’d absolutely do this tour again!

We rented ATVs while on a cruise port stop Sint Maarten and they took us around the island and had 3 stops to take pictures at different beaches. One of the most fun things to do there! My ATV wasn't functioning properly while out on tour and we got a different one very quickly.

I had an amazing experience with this ATV company in St. Maarten! From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable before heading out. The ATVs were well-maintained, easy to operate, and perfect for exploring the island. The tour itself was incredible. We got to see some beautiful views, hidden spots, and parts of St. Maarten that I probably would have never found on my own. The guides were knowledgeable, fun, and kept the group safe while still making sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for an exciting way to experience the island, I highly recommend booking with them.
