Such an incredible experience. So back-story I’m Age-Group Triathlete from Scotland and had ankle surgery back in Nov 25. I found BOHO Beautiful Yoga with Juliana on YouTube and rehab started still in lower leg cast then Airboot until April. Came to Barbados to compete in the amazing Rally Barbados 🇧🇧 and read article in In’s n Outs Barbados about BOHO BEAUTIFUL YOGA STUDIO at Haymans Market up north of Holetown. Well the drive was worth every minute as had a second class today with Juliana and many others in the studio and live online. Working hard with some of the balances and transitions but what an incredible experience in a welcoming peaceful sanctuary. Then Wyndhams Bajan Coffee to recover. Defo a must do if you’re on the Island. 🇧🇧💯🙏 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ps: returned today after the wonderful madness of Rally Barbados to experience 2 more classes at this fabulous sanctuary of peace and tranquility; Gabrielle class was invigorating and a good awakening of my body after being strapped to a hot rally car 🇧🇧🏁💯🧘‍♀️ …..then I tried a first with Immersive Sound Bath and Singing Bowls by Uschi. No pre-recordings here but a classically trained musician and songwriter who has utilised her skills in the world of mental Health therapy and I was blown away by the entire hour. Uschi was extremely attentive to any comfort issues with blankets and bolsters to ensure complete relaxation. After closing several dozen competing tabs in my mind I gave in and apparently remained motionless the entire time. The harmonic frequencies relax and awaken throughout the mind and body and I was totally immersed. Uschi skill with the bowls and the acoustics of the Studio were on another level…maybe Cosmic Uschi 💯🧘‍♀️🙏♥️

Best studio in the island. If you are looking for a unique experience with the most wonderful teachers, this is your place. 100% recommended.

I love the Boho Beautiful new studio at Hayman's market, and the wonderful Wellness community that you are creating in Barbados! Instructors are top-notch... I've taken yoga classes with Tiffany and Juliana, and as a long-time yoga practitioner with teacher training, I've found the classes to be perfectly challenging and restoring. I also attended the Equinox sound bath experience with Hodari & Uschi, which was by far the best and most healing sound bath I ever had the pleasure of attending (I experienced a variety of them in New York, Toronto, and Europe). So blessed to have this opportunity to enjoy these experiences at the beautiful studio in Barbados! 🇧🇧

Absolutely love this new studio at Haymans Market. The premises are bright and breezy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Step inside and you instantly feel the positive vibes. Yoga mats and other equipment are provided. Caro is the quintessence of a yoga instructor—she exudes light and zen as she leads us through vinyasa sessions that strengthen, build flexibility, focus, and energise, all with mindfulness and calm positivity. Value for money, and a great range of classes, instructors, and workshops. Can’t recommend Boho Beautiful enough!
