**Beautiful location and grounds, but the service did not match the price point** Botanica Luxury Cottages has a lot going for it. The location near Seven Mile Beach is excellent, the accommodations were thoughtfully stocked, and the grounds and pool area were lovely, peaceful, and well maintained. It is clear that care has gone into creating a relaxing and attractive property. That said, for the price point, the overall experience did not quite feel like a luxury stay. The biggest disappointment was the limited responsiveness from staff during our visit. Two specific requests — use of the BBQ and use of the bicycles — were initially acknowledged and confirmed, but then went completely unanswered afterward. Unfortunately, neither request was ultimately addressed during our stay. There was also very little communication around check-out. Aside from an automatically generated email before departure, there was no follow-up at check-out or afterward. No staff were present on site when we left, even though it had been made clear that an extended check-out could not be accommodated. Overall, Botanica is a beautiful property in a great location, and we enjoyed aspects of the stay. However, given the cost, the level of service and communication fell short of what we expected. For that reason, it would be difficult to recommend without some improvements to guest responsiveness and on-site support.

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in the world. Chad was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything throughout our stay. The cottages are very private, serene, and feel like a true calming oasis. Everything was unbelievably clean—something that was especially important to our family—and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The mid-week refresh was such a great touch, and the staff who took care of it were fantastic. All the little amenities made our stay so comfortable, from laundry supplies to beach gear, a fully stocked kitchen, and great coffee. I would highly recommend Botanica!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of staying with Botanica for our honeymoon! The cottages were immaculate and the staff were amazing. Located within a minutes walk to 7 Mile Beach, close to grocery stores and having a pool on site made this stay so much easier. Would definitely recommend Botanica to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

This place honestly feels like it’s straight out of a magazine or a Pinterest board. We’ve stayed at a lot of boutique properties over the years, and this one truly stands out. Every little detail has clearly been thought through…nothing feels overlooked. We stayed in one of the king cottages and it worked perfectly for our family of four. Having a full kitchen was such a bonus, and we loved starting our mornings with breakfast in our own private garden. We also made great use of the complimentary shuttle (which is honestly the coolest touch). Botanica Gardens completely exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Kim, and especially Chad, for their quick responses and for helping us with anything we needed during our stay. We can’t wait to come back. Ps: def recommend getting the breakfast from the island restaurant!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Botanica. We wanted a place that was a peaceful but was close by the beach and restaurants and botanica was perfect. The cottage is beautiful, so thoughtfully designed and perfect for a family and kids who want a laid back vacation. Kim and Chad are both so kind, and thoughtfully stocked our fridge with everything we needed upon our arrival. The place is so well maintained, the pool is cleaned and maintained daily, has shade and it really was a perfect vacation.
