Tried all the numbers in the book. None can take my call. Service has deteriorated unbelievably over the last few years. Pity, as it used to be a good company.

Ordering and receiving process is out dated. Need a more time sensitive and up to date process. Customer Service is around 75%. No friendly greeting towards customer.

The staff is friendly and the location is comfortable. Parking is convenient. Can be a little difficult to find unless you ask questions.

It was a great experience. The security guard was great and do the covid protocols and the cashier was friendly and the guy I pick up the meds was very polite

The lady at the help desk brought the blood monitors home for me. Real customer service..deserves a Service Award.
