Our experience with them as been nothing short of horrific. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is and the chaos and confusion they cause parents and students right before school is to start is disgusting. Totally avoidable with basic communication and being organized. This nightmare over simply getting our books delivered has gone on for 2 weeks now. The gentleman today alone hung up on me over 8 times…and wouldn’t answer any of my questions. I’m simply stunned as to how this is acceptable to run a business like this and wish the schools would use a competent and respectful supplier. Who would ever think something as simple as getting books for your children could be so utterly time-consuming, inefficient and awful. I am in shock as to how these businesses stay afloat and the lack of pride and work ethic they have in doing a decent job and being respectful to customers is mind-blowing.

A complete mess trying to buy books for my daughters school, unfortunately I have no choice but to pay them and buy the books - this kind of service would not be accepted anywhere else in the world. Shameful.

This place needs professional workers they keep answering the phone and not saying anything could hear them having a conversation then hang up without responding very disappointed.
