Poorly managed. I went to purchase a handful of school supplies for my daughter and was told that the store could not conduct business because all the managers and senior staff were either on vacation or sick leave. At one point there were 4 people waiting. Only trainees were running the store and they were not empowered to make decisions. Although they couldn't process any orders in person, I was told I could place the order online and that would allow them to fill the order. Unfortunately, no one informed me this Brydens Retail is a completely separate company to the next door Brydens Express and thye have different ordering websites. So I spent time placing the order on the website only to find out it was the wrong Brydens. What should have been a simple trip to purchase a few items turned into a disappointing and frustrating afternoon.
