Careful, uses bad exchange rate when charging your card in usd

I walked in this store to pick up a few groceries, it’s a busy store and has a good variety of items. It’s expensive and comparable to superfood prices but not at all the same good quality. Store is dirty, shelve items are dirty. Bread section is limited. I gave it a 2 star because of the rude cashier. Asked her if she can charge me in Florins on my credit card instead of US dollars as I am not American and she started giving me attitude and arguing with me. My card got declined and she rolled her eyes at me. She then proceeded to charge me in US dollars and when it got approved she gave me a dirty look and said : you see I told you? Then I grabbed a paper bag and she flipped at me saying it cost 25 cents! Geeez! So unprofessional and immature. Be nice lady! It was a simple request and not a big show down about who is right and wrong or who is in controle of the paper bags!

I shop here all the time and prefer it over the large supermarkets since the prices are comparable and sometimes cheaper than anywhere else. The store is very clean and the staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional. There is an excellent selection of just about everything AND they have the best Chicken Salad on the island too!!
