This months coupons for February 25. I went into three different Burger King locations Skymall, Warrens and Sheraton and they all told me they don’t have any more but yeah see the staff got some. Not good business like for customers.

Horrible service experience at the Sky Mall, Haggatt Hall location. Used the drive thru about 30 minutes ago, the girl taking the orders was rude, they forgot the milkshake and I had to walk in for it. When I received it, the excess needed to be wiped off the cup - I had to point this out and no fork was given to me for my salad which I only realised when I reached my destination. The experience was so horrible that I will just dump that salad. As my 7 year old grand daughter stated, the service was “horrific”. The staff need to be trained.

I arrived at BK Hastings at 6:45am, they're opening tine is 7am. Once the doors were still locked at 7:10a, I asked and employee inside and they shrugged. I waited another 10 mins, and still nothing. No communication, no update on when they were going to open NOTHING. Finally at 7:30 they opened the doors however just left customers standing inside, no one said morning, no one told us that it will be yet another ten minutes as they set up the register. AND when you ask they all look at you like they are ALL MUTES. It is the most frustrating thing in the world, and I have a job to get to. Had they said it was going to be 45 mins till they open I would have left. Or at least be empathetic and customer oriented and keep us updated. The manager heard me express discontent and I even addressed her and she looked back and then turned away. Disrespectful, and unprofessional. I am a very understanding individual, but the laughs in my face as I stated my disdain for how they handled things, was sick!

I dont normally do this but having had to wait for over 45 minutes in a drive thru to be served ...after having paid for the meal... and then to be told they could not complete the order....very poor service ... I asked for my money back and i will not go back to the Warrens restuarant or for that matter Burger King in Barbados..the length of time regarding delivery of service needs to be managed better.. not the first time at this location.

Just went to the outlet in Bridgetown, Bridge mall. The store is absolutely filthy and the staff disgustingly unfriendly.
