I own a Concierge service in Key West so I went looking for one in the Bvi for our vacation. I found them on ChatGPT! We have never had a better experience traveling than we did with them. On the way to Tortola, we were whisked from the plane to the airport before everybody else and then we went through customs so fast and right to the waiting car. The car took us to the ferry and on our return trip we got off the ferry and right to the airport where they were waiting for us to check our bags and whisked through customs, then we sat in the VIP lounge to wait for our plane. They also took us on a golf cart out to the plane so we didn't have to walk. This was literally the best experience we've ever had. Winston at the airport and our driver Shannon were exceptional! Kind, friendly,
knowledgeable and great at their jobs! We also used their services throughout our week in the Bvi! We will never travel there again without using them. Thank you so much for giving us the best experience and thank you to Shannon for showing us around his hometown!!

Incredible Service.
Made our trip to the British Virgin Islands from St. Thomas seamless and quick! They handled The purchase of All ferry tickets from St. Thomas to the British Virgin Islands as well as our return trip, Filled out our customs forms and had top-notch Transportation service in large, Comfortable, clean Vans With courteous drivers. We were picked up on time and delivered safely and efficiently where we needed to go.!!
I will definitely use their services again.

From the moment we landed at Cyril E. King Airport, they handled everything. We were greeted immediately, assisted with luggage, and seamlessly guided through taxis, ferries, and customs into the BVI.
After our 8-day sailing trip, they handled our departure just as flawlessly — expediting us through ferry lines, customs, and airport procedures. We never waited, never felt stressed, and always knew exactly what was next.
Simply put, their service was extraordinary. If you’re traveling between St. Thomas and the BVI, this is a MUST HAVE!

We had a wonderful experience with BVI Concierge Services. Their team met us upon arrival, assisted with our luggage, escorted us through Customs, and guided us to the lounge. The entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free.

This was an AMAZING service start to finish. We travelled today and it was seamless. Each team member was on time, friendly, knowledgable about the process. We were the first on and off the ferry no waiting in line. When we landed in Red Hook we were through customs to a waiting taxi within 5 minutes. From the ferry to the airport gate was less than an hour with many people today waiting 3+ hours!!! Highly recommend this service they were amazing!!
