Abysmal customer service, no two ways about it. One employee in particular was extremely rude and unpleasant to interact with, almost as if she was angry with the world and didn’t want to be there. Will be taking my business elsewhere 👎🏽

They're no longer in carlton plaza they're in Kensington mall. Great stop for coffee and treats
