Been calling for 3 MONTHS!!! with no answer, you have to go down there and behave like a clown to get service. If you are going to call or email don't waste your time, just go this will save you.

Why is it so hard to contact someone about my Transcript status?! The telephone numbers for Barbados is even worst. Why do you people even have a phone number or email address? No one answer the phones or the email address. I have been calling the Barbados location for one week now. This Business/Institute does not show great business ethic. This is so stressful and is an inconvenience. I am upset and tired of not getting any response. At least create a website where people can track their transcript status on their own. This might lessen the work load on your workers. They seem to be over worked and can't answer the phones OR emails!

My documents for my Replacement Certificate arrived more than a month ago at the Barbados Headquarters and I am yet to receive any feedback. My emails go unanswered. And it is frustrating because I need my certificate for Employment reasons. CXC please do better! I already paid and I don't know what is going on. Not even an email stating they are in receipt of the documents. This is ridiculous customer service.

Jeez, Louise!!😤😡 Spoke with Ms John yesterday (may 5, '22) was told to call back today and I've been getting the runaround for ever!! From Jamaica to Barbados where the call gets rerouted! no one seems to be working there. Must be a holiday😒🙄
Does anyone know where I can download a form to cancel a transcript??? 🤷🏿

Horrible Horrible Horrible service!!! Barbados and Jamaica. Big organization and servicing so many countries and no proper system in place to take calls and provide good service. I’ve call over 30 times between both locations and no one answers!!!
