We came here for a snorkelling trip organised by sandals there is lots to see at the harbour so allow time to wander around, the sea here is amazing for snorkelling trips, I am not a strong swimmer but found the distances easy to manage. The most amazing thing is we were able to swim with wild turtles, really amazing experience. There are some small jellyfish that have mild stings but nothing bad just wear a suitable long sleeve top.

A white, clean beach with shady spots and snorkeling opportunities, as there are interesting shipwrecks here. Carlisle Beach is long and definitely has something for everyone. We went to the Pebbles Beach section, where experienced snorkelers can easily reach a shipwreck from the shore – you can recognize it by the tourist boats around it, which are also on the lookout for turtles, and with luck, you might spot one. We went there by taxi, which are waiting behind the cruise terminal. The posted fare is $5 per person – but confirm the price beforehand, otherwise you'll be put on a different, more expensive route – card payment isn't accepted. Around 3 p.m., it's rush hour traffic and progress is very slow… We walked back from Pebbles Beach along the beach towards the cruise terminal. Really beautiful. You just have to cross a bridge a little further on, closer to town; the rest is about 15 minutes.
