very cool small museum near San Nicolas area displaying Carnival costumes and giving some history behind Carnival and showing the costumes and queens from past years. it's $5 to enter and they'll also show you the back room where the costumes are made. the woman was very kind and let us in right before they closed and gave a personal tour, allowing us to try on some of the peices
