Really cool variety of foods here. Lots of french foods such as europeans cheeses and meats, along with fresh produce. The frois grois was super cheap and ranges form 6-10 usd! Got some unique cheeses and fresh yogurt

The worst experience we’ve ever had in a supermarket.
The staff here are incredibly rude and constantly in the way of paying customers. At peak shopping times there seem to be dozens of employees restocking shelves, completely blocking nearly every aisle. It’s almost impossible to move around the store, let alone actually see what you want to buy. Boxes and large stocking trolleys are left in the middle of aisles while staff sit on the floor stocking shelves, forcing customers to awkwardly navigate around them.
At one point, a staff member actually hit my wife in the head with a large steel stocking trolley. When I told him what had happened, he simply laughed and kept walking. Completely unacceptable behavior.
After enduring over an hour of this chaos, we finally lined up at the checkout and waited about 20 minutes. Just as we reached the register, the cashier abruptly told us, “Go to another checkout.” When we asked if she was serious, she just said “Yes, go now.” No explanation, no apology—nothing. We left our trolley there and walked out.
There were close to 20 people waiting in line, with only three checkouts open.
This place is an absolute disgrace, and many of the items are extremely expensive. Don’t be fooled by the “duty-free” label in Sint Maarten—they’re still getting their pound of flesh from customers.
Overall, this is the worst supermarket we’ve encountered anywhere in the world during our circumnavigation.
The only reason this review gets two stars is because the product selection is fantastic—clearly catering to the super-yacht crowd.
Suggestion: why not do what most supermarkets around the world do and restock shelves at night or after closing? My guess is management simply doesn’t want to pay staff overtime.
Only shop here if you want to ruin your day.

Excellent quality and variety. The selection of meats is the best that I've seen in Sint Maarten. Friendly service with noteworthy cleanliness. A favorite place to shop on the island.

We were racing in the Heineken regatta last week and for the race on Saturday we had to take the Simpson Bay bridge outbound at 8.30. But we were very short on drinking water.
We were allowed to gather drinking water before 8.00 so we could check out at Carrefour 8.00 exactly. This way we could be off the dock on time and have a well hydrated day. Thanks for the flexibility Team carrefour Market Colebay!

Large variety of product in a very organized store. Service is algo good. Wide variety of spirits, acceptable range of Napa Valley but not as crazy as you might expect.
(Not particular to the store) meat prices and some foreign products, such as peanut/almond butter and vegetales are craaazy high compared to North America standards. E.g. a pound of salmon $50, a pound of steak $50, peanut butter jug $10, spinach bag $12.
If your options are open, take a pick at the local fish supply.
