The staff are very friendly and helpful. Things in the store are easy to find, and if they don't have it, they'll call the other locations for you. Even though it's small in comparison to the other Carter's, the aisles have enough room for two people to pass comfortably. They're so professional, the even email you the receipt!

I understand being busy so a department might not be able to answer a phone. I also understand being asked for multiple products might be confusing.
But you absolutely lose my business when before I can ask "where are you located" for the particular product I wanted, I was hung up on.
So my review is simply: "Rude. Not shopping here."

Every time i go in there, I have to end up finding what I want on my own or go looking for someone to assist me. I have never been asked "can I help you?" Other than that, it's in a convenient location but I wish there was better parking.
