I visited the store while on holiday in Barbados and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff. I was assisted by Jeremy, who was extremely pleasant and took his time helping me as I tried on several pieces. He never rushed me or applied any pressure, which I truly appreciated—especially as someone who works in sales and understands the importance of a relaxed, no-pressure approach.
I ultimately chose to purchase a watch I had previously tried on in Madrid and Paris, where I hadn’t been as impressed with the service. This experience was completely different.
The entire team created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and nothing was too much trouble. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Roland, who was equally delightful. The fact that the team has worked together for many years is a testament to his excellent leadership and management.
I would like to thank everyone in the store for their patience and outstanding customer service. I will always smile when I look at my watch and remember such a lovely experience. I’m sure they will remember me as well!
If anyone is considering a purchase from Cartier, I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Lost it way with customer loyalty. I purchased Jewelry and recommended this location for years. I will not make any more purchases at this location and stop recommending this location based on my last Visit. I requested a call back from the Barbados Head of Business in Barbados and did not heard back.

Popped in as we were in the area, lovely modern showroom with a good range of Cartier watches and as it turns out, some lovely sunglasses. Staff could not have been more helpful and of course if like us your a visitor to the island prices are tax free.
