I absolutely enjoyed the quality customer service at this branch for the 1st time. The team is vey professional, informative, thorough, reliable and patient. I transacted business at the Six Roads Branch a couple of times and each and every time the service was exceptional. For these reasons I will forever be a return customer. Kudos to the entire team and keep up the excellent work.

Doing business at the Sheraton Branch is always a pleasure. Customer service is excellent and staff are always professional. Jamar and Lisa always go out of their way to make sure that I am happy. Since my first encounter my parents have also done business with Celltronics and are always pleased. Keep up the great work!

I felt compelled to write this review as a warning to other potential customers thinking of using Celltronics’ services. While some people had praised the service they received at this business, my son and I were not so fortunate. I also noted that, in the reviews, several other people had the same negative experience that my son and I had.
My son had taken his cell phone to Celltronics in Six Roads for repairs, and for a whole year they had been giving him the run-around. I only found out about what was happening, and got involved, after he shared his experience with me recently. I had made several calls to the store and even spoke to the store owner directly, but only received the same run-around. The store owner even said to me that it was the customer's responsibility to make sure that the phone was collected within a certain timeframe. I had to remind him that no one had ever called my son to say that the phone had been repaired and was ready for collection. It was a situation where every time my son called, it was just one excuse after the other, leading him to believe that the phone was being worked on. I was forced to get the Police Service involved so that my son’s phone could be returned to him.

What sets Celltronics apart from the other electronic stores is they are so helpful. Always so happy and ready to explain. Thorough in their search for parts, and the best prices.

My experience with celltronics was nothing but a good one. I was one of the first to get my ps5 dual sense edge controllers and at the same time the staff took my ps5 and serviced it. Pricing was good and their customer service was excellence. Since then my friends have gone and had gotten a variety of products from tvs to their own gaming systems. Amazing place of business. Definitely recommend👍🏽.
