Ceviches Poolbar & Restaurant

Wow! what a dinner!! Trying to stay away from the main strip where the hotels are, we found this wonderful restaurant. It is located inside of the resort so you really won't find signs out pointing you in this direction. Once you park, you'll need to go in one of the gates and the restaurant is near the pool. We ordered calamari and it almost looked like onion rings since they were so big. They were delicious. With the 4 of us, we ordered a burger, chicken alfredo, and shrimp risotto. All were unbelievably delicious. This seriously was one of the best meals that i have had and the staff was wonderful. You must eat here! If we ever come back to Aruba, i will dine here again if the same family is running it.

Arrived for dinner close to 7 pm, we were served water and told someone would be right back. By 7:20 we were stopping any employee that was passing by to see if we could see a menu or perhaps order a drink. When we received the menus, the man asked if he had already taken our order? It wasn't busy by any means, maybe 5 tables at a time on rotation. Everyone around us seemed to be receiving a better level of service, including the other who arrived after we did. Tables of 2 and a table of 5 adults and 3 small children were immediately tended to. That table arrived an hour (at least) after we had and were wrapping their dinner up before we were finished ourselves. Our dinners were whisked away, we were not asked if we'd like to wrap anything. The appetizer was brought out, we had to ask for plates. We went to the restroom and upon return found extra drinks on the table that we actually didn't order, (because we were never asked if we wanted another drink) that belonged to another table. Periodically, we were asked if everything was okay but in a customary way, not because they felt anything was wrong lol maybe they were understaffed? Either way, I'm gonna say that the food was pretty good. Service not so good. This place may have good prices but I consider it overpriced for the horrible experience we had. Sorry to say.

The food here is delicious and the drinks as well! The swim up bar is by far the highlight here but the restaurant is also lovely. The only food I wasn't a fan of in particular was the tuna steak but I chaulk that up to personal preference/taste than any error on their part.

One of the Best restaurants on the Island inside of one Resort on Noord, service was a good and Food was tasty. Ill be back every time I come to Aruba.

If you’re staying at the Caribbean village resort, don’t waste your time looking for lush and overpriced restaurants on the beach. Spend your day at the beach and just come back to the hotel for dinner. The steak with chimichurri is out of this world and our waitress was super nice! They also had a man playing piano and it was a great night
