Overall okay. Elwin was very helpful throughout the rental and was good at communicating with us.
We were able to go everywhere we wanted in the Hyundai Creta. It was easy to drive and very practical.
Office was a bit difficult to find but handover was smooth. The GPS unit was not charged and according to the lady it couldn't be charged in the car. We declined it and we did receive a refund.
The passenger inside door handle broke the first time my wife tried to open the door. But Elwin was responsive and came to our accommodation and replaced the handle there and then.
We noticed the tyre pressures were low and a visit to a garage confirmed they were all 50% down. It made us wonder if they'd been checked before handover.
The return handover was smooth and all the paperwork duly processed and communicated to me.

The process of renting a car at Chase has to be streamlined! After a 3-hour flight, no one wants to wait nearly an hour to get a car. I booked through Expedia and Chase immediately contacted me asking for a copy of my DL to make the process quicker which I appreciated and cannot imagine how much longer it would have been. However, the paperwork and the slow nature of the attendants were less than desirable. I have rented cars in Antigua before and have never waited an hour to get a car! NEVER! And there was no line of people waiting, just a slow process.
The attendant instructed me to sign the paperwork which said I denied insurance coverage and I bought insurance when booking. She was clueless as to what to do so she went to the manager who kept saying it is not in the system. Eventually the manager said it was bought through a third party so I would still be liable. Never heard of this before so I signed the paperwork and left praying I would not need insurance. Not acceptable!
The car ran smoothly with no issues and we had a great trip but the process to get it needs some serious overhauling.

Pick up was a little slow as the system wasn’t working that day but the car was great. They offer 24/7 road side service which is great. Luckily I didn’t have to use it. Drop off was more streamlined and efficient. Would rent from them again.

5 stars to Chase rent a car! Easy to book and the agents met us on time near the port where we agreed to pick up and drop off the car. Easy check in and check out process and the car was clean and in great condition. Thank you.

If your planning to rent a car, see Chase Rentals, we rented a Jeep Wrangler, specially for the bad roads on the island, great service, we had the 4x4 dropped to the hotel, and also picked up, great price for the vehicle, Thank you..
