Che Bar has one of the best breakfasts on the island with an affordable price! My boyfriend and I decided to try a little bit of everything (iced cappuccino, iced latte, chicken empanada, and cheese empanada, skillet potatoes, berries and whipped cream Dutch pancake (pictured), and the banana dulce de leche Dutch pancake) and it was all amazing!! We asked about the size of the empanadas and pancakes and the server was super helpful and informative, she told us the empanadas are snack size and the pancakes take up an entire plate (as you can see from the picture, that was very accurate!). We got our coffees and water right after ordering and were very impressed. They had the perfect amount of flavor without being overbearingly sweet. The empanadas came out first with a daily homemade chimichurri that was to die for!! The empanadas were also hot and fresh, highly recommend the chicken empanada. Next came out the skillet potatoes and Dutch pancakes. Unfortunately they had ran out of bananas for the banana dulche de leche pancake but were kind enough to either switch the bananas out with another fruit or allow us to choose another menu item. My boyfriend opted for the strawberries instead and was still very happy with his meal. Overall, I think this is a must try for your breakfast in Aruba!

Great Flavor at Ché Bar, but Portion Sizes Might Surprise You 🍳🥓 If you are looking for a breakfast spot with high-quality ingredients and a nice outdoor vibe in the Palm Beach area, Ché Bar is a solid contender. However, there’s a specific detail you should keep in mind regarding their serving sizes. The Experience: The food itself was genuinely good. I ordered the classic breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, and fruit. Everything tasted fresh, the bacon was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was clean. The atmosphere is pleasant, making it a great spot for people-watching while you enjoy your morning coffee. The "Portion" Factor: As someone used to American-style breakfast portions, I found the servings here to be a bit on the smaller side, especially the eggs. While the quality is there, the quantity might feel a bit light if you’re starting a long day of excursions or if you're used to more generous plates. My Advice: If you have a hearty appetite, I definitely recommend ordering an extra side or perhaps an empanada (which they are famous for) to supplement your meal. It’s a "quality over quantity" kind of place. Summary: Great taste, excellent location, and friendly service—just be aware that the portions are more "European/Boutique" than "Texas-sized."

Did breakfast and then happy hour for a few drinks. Great food for breakfast and a margarita pizza with drinks that was amazing. Highly suggest stopping by this place if you are in Aruba!

There's not much to say besides the food was okay. It's a good spot to grab a quick bite. The staff there is the best part of Ché Bar. The burrito was hands down the best thing out of everything we ordered, but it needs the hot sauce! Trust me, it takes the flavor to another level! Everything else was pretty straightforward, typical American breakfast food.

This was my first visit to this café, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was off from the very beginning. I asked if they offered decaf coffee, and the server responded in a dismissive, almost snobby tone, saying they only had regular coffee. I ordered an orange juice, and my partner ordered a coffee. When she returned, she brought two bottles of water that we did not request, along with our drinks. When I questioned it, my partner chose to keep them to avoid any conflict, but it was frustrating to be given items we didn’t ask for. When our food arrived, the quality was equally disappointing. The potatoes were clearly undercooked, and the burrito was overly greasy. At that point, the entire experience had been ruined. I politely asked for my plate to be taken back and removed from the bill. The server, who then claimed to be the manager (and later the owner), refused, insisting there was nothing wrong with the food. I also asked for the water bottles to be removed from the bill since we never ordered them, but she refused that as well. I attempted to speak with her privately to resolve the situation calmly, but the conversation became heated. She ultimately stood by her decision, would not adjust the bill, and claimed she was the owner when I asked to speak with someone else. To make matters worse, she abruptly ended the discussion, ushered me out, and made a comment suggesting that removing items from a bill was somehow an “American” expectation. I then asked for a copy of the receipt, which she refused to provide, saying my partner had it—he did not. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. The poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. I would not recommend this café based on this experience.
